No. Each tote has a snap-on lid, so you can pack without building or taping boxes.

We rent two sizes. The 27-gallon totes are heavy-duty storage bins with snap-on lids that stack for transport, nest inside each other when empty, and are made in the USA from BPA-free, food-safe plastic. The 12-gallon totes are a smaller size that's easier to carry when packed with heavy items like books and kitchenware.

Yes. 12-gallon totes are available as an add-on to any rental, for books, kitchenware, and other heavy items. Add them in the request form. Our packages include 27-gallon totes.

The lids have slots for zip ties or padlocks if you want extra security.

Yes. Every tote is sanitized after each use, so the totes you receive are clean and ready to pack.
